We were extremely happy at this apartment. It was just as advertised. Nice to see extras of things like paper towels, tissues, soap and the like. Sometimes you get one and then you’re in your own. The location was perfect to explore both the city and the countryside. Frank was always available when we had a question. I would highly recommend this spot.

The location is great! Numerous restaurants in the area. You could take a short drive to various restaurants or you could take a nice 15 20 minute walk as well. As far as sight seeing, they're are many locations within 20-25 minutes. Garden of the God's, Pikes peak highway, The Manitou incline etc etc. We had a great time overall. We would highly recommend staying at Frank and Ingrids place.

Frank & Ingrid were GREAT at communicating from the moment that I booked the space for one of my employees helping from out of state. If available when I have another traveling employee, I'll be sure to look for one of their spaces!

Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Colorado Springs ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten in den Rocky Mountains.

Again a wonderful stay at this charming apartment. It felt like home again. Frank, Ingrid and Debbie were super nice hosts, very responsive and considerate ensuring my stay was comfortable from start to finish. Had a great week’s stay here. A cozy, well-appointed second-floor apartment, it was a quiet and welcoming space for my visit. The photos were extremely accurate and the updated kitchen and roomy bathroom were even better than expected. Everything was spotless, and the bed and linens were very comfortable. There were many lovely touches and thoughtful additions. I would definitely stay again!

The Golden Suite was a fun place to stay. Very convenient location to local points of interest, museums and to many restaurants. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Nice personal amenities, coffees and teas. It was great. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Frank and Ingrid's beautiful house! The location cannot be beat - easily walkable to downtown and the running path and a quick drive to the rest of Colorado Springs, Manitou, and Old Colorado City. The house was quiet and cool in the June heat and we all slept great. We had everything we needed to cook dinners and even did some baking. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely book again. Thank you!

Great quiet, clean place and comfortable apartment. I will stay here again! the Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Finding the place was very clear and the instructions to get to the apartment are really easy to follow.
