Beautiful Monument Valley Park is a short walk away and has an outdoor pool (summer) gravel running/walking/bike path and playgrounds. Great location to enjoy this gorgeous city! This is a mixed-use neighborhood with restaurants, businesses, schools and Victorian era apartments nearby.

This second floor 1894 Victorian Apartment has recently been extensively remodeled with energy efficient windows, wood style flooring and marble flooring, new cabinets, granite countertops, deep bathtub with shower, double vanity. Private outside entrance with spacious private covered balcony. kitchen pantry, lots of storage and 3 closets. Great for longer stays. Stair access to second floor apartment. Parking for 1 small to medium sized vehicle.

Again a wonderful stay at this charming apartment. It felt like home again. Frank, Ingrid and Debbie were super nice hosts, very responsive and considerate ensuring my stay was comfortable from start to finish. Had a great week’s stay here. A cozy, well-appointed second-floor apartment, it was a quiet and welcoming space for my visit. The photos were extremely accurate and the updated kitchen and roomy bathroom were even better than expected. Everything was spotless, and the bed and linens were very comfortable. There were many lovely touches and thoughtful additions. I would definitely stay again!

I would recommend this place. It looks just like the photos and is easy walking distance to downtown Colorado Springs. The hosts were responsive. And the place was very comfortable.

The place was perfect for our trip! They were accommodating and communicative. The kitchen was stocked with all needed cooking supplies, bathroom stocked with basic toiletries and extra towels, extra blankets etc. Super close walk to downtown which was really convenient! Overall loved the stay and would come back!!

Frank and Ingrid’s Apr 1 was just perfect! Close to CC, just minutes from restaurants, adorable small mountain towns and wonderful hikes and red rocks! It was warm, cozy, easy to use, with even had the snuggliest of towels and blankets. Every time I thought, “I wonder if this places has a….”, I found it! Appreciate how thoughtful the space and helpful the small touches. We will absolutely be back! Jeffrey E.
