The apartment is in a great location, particularly if you are there for Colorado College. It is very comfortable, spacious and well stocked. Frank and Ingrid are great host and very responsive. Definitely recommend staying here for downtown Colorado Springs.

Our stay at Frank an Ingrid's place was over and above what I expected. We enjoyed the architecture and the furnishings that took us back to the early 1900s, but with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen was well-equipped. We cooked dinners and even baked a cake. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was great for the things we wanted to do. We loved staying there!

I have stayed here many times in the past few years and I keep coming back when I’m in Colorado Springs because Frank & Ingrid’s place is reliably clean and comfortable. They are great about communication. The locale is excellent - walkable to Colorado College in one direction and to downtown in the other. It’s a find!

After my fourth stay, I can honestly say this apartment in Colorado Springs feels like my home away from home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming! Each visit has been just as wonderful as the last. I truly appreciate the hospitality and care put into maintaining such a lovely space. I will gladly return again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay in Colorado Springs.

Celebrated husbands 70th birthday at the Broadmoor, however to expensive to stay there so we stayed in Frank & Ingrid's Airbnb. Everything we wanted to do was only about 10 min from the Airbnb. The house was charming and felt at home. Would recommend it for the place to stay in Colorado Springs.

I had an amazing 1-month stay. The place is clean and cozy, everything works perfectly, the kitchen is very well stocked. Overall it has the kind of warmth that feels like I can live for a longer period of time instead of passing through. It’s right next to the Colorado College campus, close to highways, grocery stores and amenities. I’d love to stay here again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while attending things at Colorado college. In perfect walking distance to campus to get to our events. It’s was exactly as described. Though we didn’t spend much time in it but sleeping. It was clean and had plenty of bedding for the cold nights. We’d stay again anytime we’re down.

We loved staying here! Their place was perfect for the 3 of us. Super clean and beds were great! Wonderful to communicate with…very speedy. They were so flexible to let us leave our car a little longer after checkout. We hope to stay again next time we are in the Springs!

Nice place, great location. Frank very responsive and helpful. Fully equipped kitchen for full month stay. Easy walk to downtown and three blocks from Monument Creek park. Will definitely consider for any return trip!
