This is a mixed-use neighborhood with restaurants, businesses, schools and Victorian era apartments nearby.

This second floor 1894 Victorian Apartment has recently been extensively remodeled with energy efficient windows, wood style flooring and marble flooring, new cabinets, granite countertops, deep bathtub with shower, double vanity. Private outside entrance with spacious private covered balcony. kitchen pantry, lots of storage and 3 closets. Great for longer stays. Stair access to second floor apartment. Parking for 1 small to medium sized vehicle.

Nous avons adoré séjourner ici ! Leur logement était parfait pour nous trois. Super propre et les lits étaient excellents ! La communication était merveilleuse… très rapide. Ils ont été très flexibles en nous permettant de laisser notre voiture un peu plus longtemps après le départ. Nous espérons revenir lors de notre prochain passage à Springs ! We loved staying here! Their place was perfect for the 3 of us. Super clean and beds were great! Wonderful to communicate with…very speedy. They were so flexible to let us leave our car a little longer after checkout. We hope to stay again next time we are in the Springs!

J'ai passé 2 mois ici cet hiver et j'espère revenir. C'est un endroit magnifique et ensoleillé, tout est plus grand que sur les photos, propre et confortable, avec une vue splendide sur la montagne et la cathédrale depuis les fauteuils du porche (on finit aussi par apprécier l'econolodge). Vrais meubles, vraie cuisine, literie de qualité. Niché dans un coin tranquille entre le collège et le centre-ville ; tout est très accessible à pied : cafés, restaurants, magasin de musique, églises de différentes confessions. Un tout nouveau café vient d'ouvrir juste en face (jetez un œil à la salle de bain sur le thème des chauves-souris) et CorePower est juste là si vous aimez le yoga. À noter : le logement est à un étage, accessible par des escaliers extérieurs qui peuvent être verglacés en hiver, mais ils sont sinon bien entretenus. Au début, le motel d'à côté paraît un peu criard, mais les voyageurs solo pourraient apprécier la lumière vive quand on rentre le soir (la chambre est de l'autre côté, pas d'inquiétude). En résumé, l'appartement d'Ingrid & Frank était tout ce que j'espérais. Un séjour parfait. I spent 2 months here this winter and hope to be back. it's a beautiful sunny spot, everything bigger than the pictures, clean and comfy, with a gorgeous view of the mountain and cathedral from the comfy porch chairs (you learn to love the econolodge too). real furniture, real kitchen, proper bedding. tucked in a quiet spot between the college & downtown; extremely walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, music store, churches in various denominations. a brand new coffee shop just opened up across the street (check out the bat-themed BAThroom) and corepower is right there if you're a yoga person. note: you're one storey up on outside steps which can be icy in the winter, but are otherwise well-maintained. at first the motel next door is a little garish but solo travelers might appreciate having that bright light on when you're coming home at night (bedroom is on the other side, don't worry). all in all, Ingrid & frank's place was everything I was hoping for. a perfect stay.

Cet appartement était bien aménagé et chaleureux, un vrai chez-soi loin de la maison. Je le recommande vivement pour un séjour à Colorado Springs. Le stationnement était facile. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer la ville ainsi que les environs. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur Pike’s Peak depuis le balcon. This apartment was a well appointed and a warm home away from home. I’d highly recommend it for a visit to Colorado Springs. Parking was easy. Great location to explore the city as well as the surrounding areas. There was a view of Pike’s Peak from the balcony which we enjoyed.

Encore un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement charmant. Je me suis senti à nouveau comme chez moi. Frank, Ingrid et Debbie ont été des hôtes super sympas, très réactifs et attentionnés, veillant à ce que mon séjour soit confortable du début à la fin. La Palmer Suite est un endroit idéal pour explorer les environs de Colorado Springs, avec d'excellents restaurants accessibles à pied ! Je reviendrai à nouveau. Un grand merci ! Again a wonderful stay at this charming apartment. It felt like home again. Frank, Ingrid and Debbie were super nice hosts, very responsive and considerate ensuring my stay was comfortable from start to finish. The Palmer Suite is a great place to explore the surroundings of Colorado Springs, great food locations in walking distance! I will be back again. Many thanks!
