Beautiful Monument Valley Park is a short walk away and has an outdoor pool (summer) gravel running/walking/bike path and playgrounds. Great location to enjoy this gorgeous city! This is a mixed use neighborhood with restaurants, businesses, schools and Victorian era apartments near by.

This suite is located on the South side of the house. Barbeque and outside seating area located in front of the building by the totem pole. This is a shared space for use of our guests and residents, we just ask that you clean the area up when you are done. Also, please turn the gas off when done, the propane bottle is located just below the grill behind the doors. Enjoy!!

C'était l'endroit parfait pour nous pendant que nous assistions à des événements au Colorado College. À une distance de marche idéale du campus pour rejoindre nos activités. C'était exactement comme décrit. Même si nous n'y avons pas passé beaucoup de temps, à part pour dormir. C'était propre et il y avait suffisamment de literie pour les nuits froides. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter lors de notre prochain passage. This was the perfect place for us to stay while attending things at Colorado college. In perfect walking distance to campus to get to our events. It’s was exactly as described. Though we didn’t spend much time in it but sleeping. It was clean and had plenty of bedding for the cold nights. We’d stay again anytime we’re down.

Bel endroit, très bien situé. Frank est très réactif et serviable. Cuisine entièrement équipée, idéale pour un séjour d'un mois. Accès facile au centre-ville et à trois pâtés de maisons du parc Monument Creek. Nous envisagerons certainement d'y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour ! Nice place, great location. Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Frank et Ingrid. La propreté est toujours une priorité pour nous, et c'était le logement Airbnb le plus propre dans lequel nous ayons séjourné en de nombreuses années. La cuisine est très bien équipée, ce qui était également très appréciable car nous avions beaucoup de cuisine à faire. L'endroit est confortable, spacieux et il est facile de se rendre à pied au centre-ville. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. We stayed a week at Frank and Ingrid’s place. Cleanliness is always a priority for us, and this was the cleanest AirBnB we’ve stayed in over many years. The kitchen is well stocked which was also very nice since we had a lot of cooking to do. The place is comfortable and spacious and an easy walk to downtown. Really great value.

Frank et Ingrid ont créé un magnifique « chez-soi loin de chez soi » avec de hauts plafonds, des boiseries d'origine et de nombreux objets anciens. Combiné à une grande luminosité, un lit confortable, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge/sèche-linge, et même une carafe Brita pour filtrer l'eau, c'était un endroit idéal pour retrouver la famille, préparer des repas et se détendre ! Nous aimerions vraiment revenir ! Scott et Brenda Frank and Ingrid have created a beautiful "Home away from home" with high ceilings original woodwork, and lots of antiques. Combined with lots of light, a comfy bed, a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and even a Britta pitcher to filter water, it was a great place to meet with family, to prepare meals, and to relax! Je recommande vivement l'endroit de Frank et Ingrid. Ils ont été très sympathiques et ont répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions. L'appartement était propre, spacieux et très confortable. La cuisine était très bien équipée pour mon séjour prolongé. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été très faciles. Ils ont vraiment rendu mon séjour agréable et mémorable. I would highly recommend Frank and Ingrid’s place. They were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The place was clean, spacious and quite comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for my extended stay. Check in and out were a breeze. They made my stay well worth it.
