Beautiful Monument Valley Park is a short walk away and has an outdoor pool (summer) gravel running/walking/bike path and playgrounds. Great location to enjoy this gorgeous city! This is a mixed use neighborhood with restaurants, businesses, schools and Victorian era apartments near by.

Suite access use keypad on front door. Barbeque and outside seating area. Is in front of the building by the totem pole. This is a shared space for use of our guests and residents, we just ask that you clean the area up when you are done. Also, please turn the gas off when done, the propane bottle is located just below the grill behind the doors. Enjoy!!

This spacious suite has 2 floors. Upper master bedroom with king bed, and full bath, and a 2nd bedroom with 1 twin bed and a roll out trundle bed located under twin bed, if needed. Both beds are rated for adults. In second bedroom is also the desk area with office chair and drawer, storage unit with a built-in lightning surge protector. Main level has a 1 queen sofa sleeper, bathroom with standing shower and a washer and dryer. Full kitchen and an electric fireplace in the living room. The apartment also includes recently added mini-split heating and air conditioning for personalized comfort. Free driveway parking for one small to medium sized vehicle in front of the apartment, and free street parking. Note: The upstairs master bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom. Guests of the second upstairs bedroom will normally use the second bathroom located on the first floor. City of Colorado Springs permit# A-STRP-25-0073

We have 2 Airbnb apartments in this Victorian house, and both can be reserved for large family functions or other circumstances when a larger place is needed. Booking both could accommodate 8 people.
