Beautiful Monument Valley Park is a short walk away and has an outdoor pool (summer) gravel running/walking/bike path and playgrounds. Great location to enjoy this gorgeous city! This is a mixed use neighborhood with restaurants, businesses, schools and Victorian era apartments near by.

This suite is located on the South side of the house. Barbeque and outside seating area located in front of the building by the totem pole. This is a shared space for use of our guests and residents, we just ask that you clean the area up when you are done. Also, please turn the gas off when done, the propane bottle is located just below the grill behind the doors. Enjoy!!

Dies war der perfekte Ort für uns, um während unserer Veranstaltungen am Colorado College zu übernachten. Die Lage ist ideal, um zu Fuß zum Campus und zu unseren Events zu gelangen. In perfect walking distance to campus to get to our events. It’s was exactly as described. Though we didn’t spend much time in it but sleeping. It was clean and had plenty of bedding for the cold nights. We’d stay again anytime we’re down.

The place is comfortable and spacious and an easy walk to downtown. Really great value.
