This is a mixed-use neighborhood with restaurants, businesses, schools and Victorian era apartments nearby.

Die Unterkunft entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber und ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich liebe die kleinen Extras bei den Annehmlichkeiten, sodass man nicht extra viele Dinge besorgen muss. Sehr privat und ruhig. Sehr sauber! Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und nett. The place was absolutely as described. Very clean and felt like I was at home, love the little touches of amenities that they provided that you don’t need to go out and get a lot of things very private and quiet. Very clean! The host are Kind and Friendly

Die Lage ist großartig! Zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung. Man kann entweder eine kurze Autofahrt zu verschiedenen Restaurants machen oder auch einen schönen 15- bis 20-minütigen Spaziergang unternehmen. Was Sehenswürdigkeiten betrifft, gibt es viele Orte innerhalb von 20–25 Minuten: Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak Highway, The Manitou Incline usw. Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt bei Frank und Ingrid auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen. The location is great! Numerous restaurants in the area. You could take a short drive to various restaurants or you could take a nice 15 20 minute walk as well. As far as sight seeing, they're are many locations within 20-25 minutes. Garden of the God's, Pikes peak highway, The Manitou incline etc etc. We had a great time overall. We would highly recommend staying at Frank and Ingrids place.
