Beautiful Monument Valley Park is a short walk away and has an outdoor pool (summer) gravel running/walking/bike path and playgrounds. Great location to enjoy this gorgeous city! This is a mixed use neighborhood with restaurants, businesses, schools and Victorian era apartments near by.

The hosts were very nice and gave clear instructions on how to get there. The place is clean and has all necessary amenities. It's walking distance to town which has many shopping and dining options and a train or drive away to notable landmarks such as Manitou Springs. It's in a great location and I recommend this place.

This was my first experience using this type of service and I must say if they are all like this then I’m never going back to booking a typical hotel when I travel. The unit had more amenities than I expected. It felt like I never left my own home. All that I needed beside having my own personal chef onsite was provided. Lol The bed was extremely comfortable, the neighborhood was peaceful and quite so getting a good nights rest was not an issue. There were plenty of things to go see and experience nearby because it’s within a 10 minute walk to downtown. Food, art, shopping, nightlife, parks. I There is also a yoga studio literally across the street. I was able to sign up for a free 7 day pass so it worked out perfectly for the time I was there. I’m not sure how this app works for booking future visits to the area but if I’m able to pick this place to stay at again then that’s what I’m doing :) Thank you Frank & Ingrid for allowing me the use of your cosy space in Colorado Springs…
